The i3PR has the same unique aesthetic as the i3 and is a collaboration between award winning Finnish designer Mr Stefan Lindfors and the acoustic engineers at Aura Audio. Together this brings a timeless and elegant look and amazing acoustic performance into one speaker.

The key difference between the i3 and i3PR is the addition of a passive radiator. This unique acoustic approach increases the low frequency response down to an incredible 65Hz.

The i3PR utilises the same 3” high sensitivity cone driver as the i3, matched to the same proprietary acoustic waveguide. This design increases mid and high frequency efficiency and also the directivity characteristics. A 100 x 60 degree dispersion pattern helps keep sound where you want it. Using the dedicated hardware the i3PR can be mounted individually or in vertical columns of up to six units. Allowing increased coverage and power to match the space.

Unlike most other installation loudspeakers i3PR does not feature a crossover or reflex tuning. The positive impact these design decisions have on the sound quality is all important. The i3PR delivers a fully flat phase response and most accurate transient response with no decay or common tuning related problems.

Utilising a next generation bio-composite material the injection moulded enclosure is rigid and resonance free, while also being lightweight. The combination of natural uncoloured sound and novel design make the i3PR a real all round work horse, with almost limitless potential.
